When the C20 is worth a closer look
If a low sofa or cabinet is the main obstacle in your floor plan, compare the C20's listed height with the lowest point along the route. Its shorter body is a relevant dimensional difference. It does not establish that it will navigate your furniture successfully or clean better beneath it.
Consider whether room-temperature mop drying suits your routine. We have not measured drying duration, residual moisture or noise for either dock. Read the current installation and maintenance instructions before placing one in an enclosed nook.
When the X10 is worth a closer look
If you have adequate clearance and want a dock with heated mop drying, the X10 is the relevant option in this pair. Its advertised obstacle recognition and mop lifting are features to examine, not reasons to leave cords or pet mess on the floor.
Do not read the higher Pa figure as a proportional improvement in debris pickup. Brush design, routing, floor conditions and test methods affect real cleaning. We do not have comparable independent measurements here and do not award performance scores.
